Phillip Rutherford

Phillip Rutherford is a graduate of Ohio University-Athens, and he started his professional career at a Center for Adjudicated Youth where he worked extensively with male and female adolescents and their families including actively teaching parents effective skills to promote positive interactions and outcomes. Phillip is experienced in counseling individuals, parents, and families, and also has experience in drug and alcohol counseling from a CBT framework. Phillip has also been a pastor for over 40 years.
