Heather Herbst, MA, LPCC

Heather Herbst, Master of Arts, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, provides a variety of behavioral health treatments to support your healing and enhance your mental well-being. Heather earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. She has experience working with adolescents and adults of all ages.

Each client has unique needs and goals, which are addressed through tailored and achievable strategies such as worksheets, open discussions, and the development of coping skills. Utilizing an eclectic approach that integrates cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, acceptance and commitment, and psychodynamic therapies, Heather selects the most appropriate theoretical framework for each individual to help reach personal goals and desired outcomes. She believes that everyone possesses the necessary strength, resilience, and wisdom to overcome obstacles. Counseling offers a supportive environment for change, growth, and self-exploration. Faith-based services are available at the client’s comfort level.
