Suzanne Bogren is a professional clinical counselor who has been helping people develop skills and transition through difficult times since 1998. She is trained to assist those struggling with mental health issues and also supports those who have been negatively impacted by a loved one’s addiction.  Working with both adults and teens, Suzanne works on creating a safe, affirming, and inclusive space where individuals struggling with  trauma, anxiety , depression, stress, codependency, 12 step recovery,  anger,  dysfunctional behavior patterns, difficult life transitions, and  emotional wounds can work on healing. She also helps individuals to heal from past dysfunctional or hurtful relationships and assists clients with identifying negative core issues that can surface and cause issues throughout one’s life.  In treatment, she utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques including body based, EMDR ( Eye Movement Desensitization Reprogramming), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength Based,  Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness techniques to assist clients with reaching their personal wellness goals.  Ideally clients will walk away with new perspectives and new skills to assist them in meeting their mental health goals
